Secure Set Spray Foam is a two component, high density, closed cell foam that is automatically mixed in the correct proportions and creates a frothy foam that expands to twice it’s liquid size. When injected into a void or appropriate sized hole, it will quickly expand and transform into high density foam, filling the void or stabilizing the post. Where to Use Secure Set Spray Foam
Setting Posts of Any Kind: Fence, Mailbox, Bird House, Flag Pole, Bench, etc.
Secure Set Spray Foam can be used to set posts of all types, shapes, and materials. They can be square, round, wood, steel, or vinyl.
When using standard 4”x4” square or 4” round wood, metal or vinyl posts set in a hole 8” wide x 24” deep, you can set 20 posts per Ss-LF-120 kit.
Lift and Level Concrete Pads
Secure Set Spray Foam is great for filling voids under concrete pads, sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc., and is also great for leveling concrete pads such as you would find under AC units, transformers, satellite dishes, solar panels, and so on. Thanks to its ability to support up to 10,080 lbs. per sq. ft. it can more than handle the weight of many concrete-bearing applications.
PRO TIP: Protect concrete slabs and surroundings in case of excess foam, spill or blowback of foam. Cleanup is generally possible on concrete with acetone and/or brake cleaner and a stiff wire brush.

Fill Voids In Hard To Reach Places
Sometimes soil washes out from under concrete sidewalks, driveways, pool decks or similar areas. Removing and replacing the concrete is often cost prohibitive and cumbersome. We have had great success in using Secure Set Spray Foam to fill hard to reach voids simply by drilling one or more 3/8″ holes in the concrete or by laterally inserting an extension tube to apply the spray foam. No excavating or concrete work. Using a 1/2″ OD and 3/8″ ID CPVC tube taped to the nozzle, you are able to extend the reach of the spray foam application up to 50 feet. Great product and great support and video library. Would have given the highest rating if Secure Set offered an official extension of 6-10 feet. When i created my extension with 3/8 pex tube the seal between the nozzle and the tube extension leaked during application.

We have chosen to create many instructional videos and we also send out emails with each order, which help people understand the needs for a few types of applications of this foam.
We don’t choose to stock and ship other items that will not fit in the spray foam box, so we just advise in the appropriate videos (and now in our emails) what type/size cpvc pipe that we use for long extensions, and the type of tape we use, as well as how best to apply it for the greatest hold.
Many times we have heard of customers using pex pipe and also rubber tubing for extensions, but getting it taped on with the fiber reinforced tape seems to be the best way to keep it from blowing off and/or leaking.
It’s important to not let the foam start setting up in the nozzle by continuing to spray every 30 seconds, and changing out nozzles, as needed. If the foam starts to set up you must replace the nozzle quickly or it can also cause issues with the foam hardening in the spray gun and the hoses, rendering them useless.

Worked as expected. Take my advice and wear the gloves and use eye protection. Watch the videos about how to use this product! Could use more instructions, like what size hole for nozzle, how far apart the holes should be. The only con i have is not enough nozzles. I had to disassemble a few of the nozzles and clean out the foam and reinstall the mixer so I could finish the job. Otherwise I was happy with the final outcome. I would order again!

We chose to make the instructional videos vs. having instructions in the kit for so many types of applications of the spray foam. We have constant requests for more applications and even more videos, which we plan to work on in the future. We use a 3/8″ drilled hole, which we state in some of the videos (the one’s where we inject through the concrete). The size of the void under the concrete, the surface space, and whether or not the concrete has broken and dropped into the void are some of the criteria for deciding where to drill the holes and how far apart to drill. It all totally depends on the individual project. We try to help the best we can with the videos and when customers call us for more information. The kit comes with 10 mixer nozzles, but we realize some people do have projects that will require more nozzles; therefore, we do sell 5 and 25 packs of additional nozzles by phone. We will be adding those items to our website in the future, as well. We have never tried to clean the nozzles, so thank you for letting us know that it is possible; though quite difficult I’m sure.

Everything worked fine except that one of the tanks (red) still had about 4 lbs of chemicals in it and the other tank (white) was empty. We checked the valves and both were open all the way. Besides that. My husband lifted our home foundation slab just fine. We are going to buy several more kits to complete the lift on our house foundation.

Thank you for purchasing Secure Set Spray Foam and submitting this comment. It sounds as if the chemical in the red tank got too cold during application and the mix didn’t come out equally. Did you notice frost start to build up on the tank or the brass fittings? For future reference in cooler temperatures watch the tanks and fittings for the frost, if that happens you will need to follow the directions closely for shutting down the system and rewarm the tanks. If you are using the spray foam kits in 85° F or greater, you shouldn’t have that issue. We are happy that you have been able to lift your foundation. Thanks again, GRA Services

I used this kit to lift a corner of my garage floor that sunk and had a 8″ void under it that was 8’x6′ and i have to say this kit jacked the floor up in place and it all good now . The foam was awesome and setup great, I am happy with the results. Only thing I had an issue with was the mixing nozzle attaching to the gun. Everything worked great when holding everything in a straight line, but in my case I was not able to maintain a straight line from to gun to the end of the pipe (both 5’ and 10’). When there were any slight bends in the pipe, the foam was able to push past the o-ring. While it did not affect the final results, there was more cleaning up that had to be done.

I had estimated about 20 cubic feet had eroded under my concrete drive way. Your product arrived quickly, in just 3 days, and I did the project by myself in about 90 minutes. I had ordered 2 sets (20 cu. ft.), and it came out right on the nose. I spent several hours prepping for the injection, which was done from two sides at about 7points, and I had marked with grease pencil on the concrete vectors showing direction and how far (inches) the voids extended. It really worked great. Very pleased. I would recommend to customers that they have everything well thought out ahead of time, because once you get going you need to stay focused! Thanks again.

Highly recommend this product. I had a 8’ void underneath my front walkway and there was no way to securely fill the gap without major digging out. I attached 8’ of CPVC pipe to the nozzle gun and it only took about 5 minutes till the void was filled and already starting to harden.
Lots of great YouTube videos produced by the manufacturer showing how to fill almost any type of void.
One note I’ll say is that one tank ran out before the other. Which was fine – it just took me a minute to figure out what was happening. Fluid was still coming out of the gun but wasn’t expanding. So that’s how you know you’re done!
They should include business cards in the box because many of my neighbors were asking about it.

I ordered 2 foam kits to fill voids under concrete. This product was perfect for the void area under my front walkway and for filling a 10 foot long void by 6 inches high under a driveway slab. The instructions and videos supplied were very informative. I watched all the applicable videos 2 or 3 times so when I actually got to the point of spraying, it was easy. The foam filled the gaps under the concrete and now the voids appear to be completely filled and the fix is solid; that concrete is not going to sink anymore. I don’t have to worry about support under these areas and the possibility of the concrete cracking from the stress of no support. All the personnel that were in contact with me were very informative and professional. Love your professional and informative videos! The gentleman that does them is very informative and makes everything look so simple …. which it is. Love the product!!

Partially successful but not bad considering it was my first time using this product. I was try to get a ~27 foot broken garage floor slab to even out with each other. About 50% leveled out, about 25% didn’t change, and 25% over shot. Also, had a porch slab with hollow spots that I was able to fill in. Still have some product left over. Also found that my homemade heater box worked to stabilize the tanks at ~80 degrees F before I started.

First off, the Secure Set worked perfectly for me. I used it to lift a sunken concrete patio pad 1 1/2 inches. With the help of all the online video’s, this project was easy. So do your research and view all the video’s you can find on the internet. Think it through and be prepared. Have all of your supplies ready. The only negative I can say is the printed material is a little short on details. Maybe because there are so many different kind of projects that this product could work for. The other good point is this project cost only a fraction of having a commercial company do the work.

The kit itself is great. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the fact that 1 kit I ordered seemed to have a pressure disparity between the the 2 containers. It discharged all of 1 container and with still 1/2 of the other container remaining. Therefore not a good mix.
Having said that, when it mixes as designed, it worked as advertised and allowed me to fill voids under my sinking driveway and lift the settled sections. I will be using this again.
Last thought. I highly recommend the use of safety glasses. I know people have a tendency to skip over the MSDS sheets. Please read them and use PPE (personal protective equipment). The nozzles just twist on. If you twist the handle during injection…. the nozzle will no longer be captured.

This could not have been easier. I have never done anything like this and it was so simple and effective. It worked exactly as advertised and the instructions are clear. I’m hoping that in the future they might make smaller packages for smaller jobs. A lot of this material went to waste, but still the cost was worth it. The job was filling in under a concrete walkway that is about 6ft x 30ft and the set up, foam application and clean up (including trimming off the excess) took less than an hour. This is such a great solution and I’m hoping it lasts for several years.

Excellent product. I used it to fill in under washed out concrete stairs. Drilled 8-9 holes for access to void underneath. Videos were great for education. Product flowed very well to fill in voids. I ended up only using one nozzle for all holes. I made sure to warm up the tanks ahead of time. Easier to use than I had imagined. Highly recommended.

This was our second purchase of 2 of the pressurized foam kits. They worked great in filling in voids around our pool and under our cement; plus they are very easy to use. The only reason I gave a 4 in the rating is that the 4th kit we used didn’t go as far; the mixture was producing a flaky/airy foam that did not get hard. We used it the same day as the 3rd kit. It was a sunny, very humid, warm 85 day. There seemed to be less chemicals in the 1 tank to mix with the other. Even though that happened, we really like these do it yourself kits and ordered another.

Great product I am using it to raise a two family duplex. Make sure your outside edge between the concrete slab and the frost wall is sealed before pumping a lot of foam out. I learned after pumping foam into the slab and then realized it was escaping out the side of the wall

Excellent product for the DIY’r. I recommend this to anyone that is trying to lift settled concrete. View all the Utube videos to understand how this product works. It is simple to use and does the job. The only thing a DIY’r may have difficulty with is how much product is needed to fill the voids under the slab. I will be purchasing another unit to lift some settling concrete walkways.

Extensions should be CPVC and would like to see a video of your team lifting one section of a sidewalk on one end. I have had the spray foam blow back on me from tape failing.

Great product and great service from GRA! This foam cures to be very, very rigid which was perfect for my project spraying under my concrete steps. I also talked with the company and they let me know the foam has an R value somewhere over 5 per inch as well. So, if you have extra, you can always do some insulating in walls, ceilings etc. I would definitely recommend the product and this company to anyone looking.

I filled a void under my driveway (7’ L x 2’ W x 1’ H) with 1 kit. Shot it through a piece of 1/2” PVC pipe. It worked great and only took about 15-20 minutes to do the job. I feel very confident that this is a permanent fix for my driveway.

I have recently purchased the Secure set to level my patio 10’W × 10’L × 6″ thick, front walkway 4′ × 12′ and driveway 10” W × 10′ L× 12″ thick. I called a local comany priced the work at 5000$ including filling joints.
My first ordered 2 X secure set foam kits, leveled patio, walkway and two 10′ × 10′ slabs. I had watched a couple of GRA vidios, fallowed the instruction. Those area are perfect.
Ordered two more sets to finish the other four 10’× 10′ driveway slabs. The probuct is easy to use, does what they say. When all said and done i will have 1900$ invested and two half days. Great savings.

I had used secure set spray foam to raise and level the back porch slab, sidewalk going to the front door, and the driveway. The driveway has 9 sections 10feet X 10feet square over 11 inch thick i found out after drilling. NOW all of the slabs are level, the sidewalk is level and the back porch has returned to original position. I would recommend this product. Easy to use, easy cleanup. About a third the cost of 4 other company’s i had called to do ithe leveling for me

The kit 200 I purchased is the one that is rated @ over 5000 pounds per square foot, but it covers 16.6 sq ft vs 10 sq ft for the 120 kit rated @ 10,000 pound per sq ft which was out of stock. Same price for both. The foam sprayed evenly and sets up very quickly. I used it to fill in a 2’ x 3’ and a 2’ x 2’ voids under the edge of my driveway and a couple of small voids under a paver walkway. I still have product left that I plan to use to insulate a sheet metal ceiling in the basement under our front porch. It won’t be enough to do the entire ceiling but if it sticks to the metal well and expands nicely I’ll order a second kit to do the rest of the sheet metal ceiling.

It worked GREAT. My hot tub slab was slumped 3 1/2 “ on the downhill side. We jacked the slab with 4 bottle jacks to get it back to level. The foam filled the voids and saved me over $9 grand! 5 Stars!

Purchased the product and watched the various video’s that showed the best ways to apply the foam. We had a large void under our driveway. I purchased a 5’ piece of 3/8 tubing and slid it under the concrete and applied the foam. It worked as advertised and the project turned out great. Couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend it.

I just used the product yesterday. I was trying to lift some concrete side walk around my pool. Apparently I had a larger void than I anticipated because i ran out of product before I completed the area I started on. I believe the product would have worked if I had the correct quantity. I did loose some material because of a loose hose connection that was my fault. I will definitely purchase again.

Product worked exactly as advertised. Was able to lift a 12’×14′ 6″ concrete slab over 2.5″s on the one side to create the proper slope for water to run away from foundation. Took less then hour and a half start to finish. Worst part was drilling the holes.

It lifted half of my 15 X 30 patio one inch back to level. I needed to purchase two Secure sets to complete the job but even so it saved me over a thousand dollars compared to Terra Firma estimate. Remember to wear old clothes because plugging holes before getting hit with pressure splatter is a likely possibility.

Product does what they claim. They dont tell you that it is difficult to use part of this today and save the rest for later. The max partial shelf life is 30 days. I am sure it says this on the website but I did not notice it. I would say plan on using all of it quickly. It did get rock hard and solved my issue I hope. I will for sure buy this again when the need arises.

I bought one set and it worked well. Bought the second set and hit a pocket of water and all I got was a bunch of soap suds emulating from the hole and water bubbling up from the seam…no movement. I do not blame GRA. They addressed the problem with water, I just did not see it until I injected the foam. Now, I am going to have to have that section dug up, prepped, and new concrete put in.

I had a contractor do some foundation piering repairs and raised the foundation and slab. A month later the slab dropped an inch in a portion of the floor.
I bought a couple kits and watched all the videos a time or two then proceeded to attempt to lift the slab, a 3×6 foot area.
I pumped almost a full kit into that small area… as you guessed I couldn’t raise the portion of slab that dropped because the cavity was also under the wall footer and couldn’t separate between the two.

More information on size of pipe to use for extension would have been helpful, but we finally found some instructions online after a short search. My 20’x24’ garage floor had areas that had washed out up to 5” deep and had washed 24’ across the total width of the garage floor due to the land grade. My floor had cracked in 5-6 pieces with near 1/4” uneven cracks. This stuff lined it all back up. I’m blown away!!!

We ended up purchasing and using 4 of these kits with a concrete slab terra jack with a low profile 20-ton jack. Worked perfectly for us and completed lifting our pool decking which sunk over last 20 years. Ended up saving us thousands of dollars doing it inhouse and instead out outsourcing it to another party, for poly raising or concrete replacement

Works amazing! It was easy to use and filled in the area where the soil moved out leaving a driveway slab with no soil underneath where it met the garage. The driveway slab was supported solely by the concrete and rebar. I filled the gap and installed new joints purchased on http://www.trim-a-slab.com and I’m rock solid now and ready for the rain and snow. I wish I could post some pictures.

This product worked well for filling voids under some washed out concrete slab perimeter areas. I used two kits for this work. I will be needing more for some voids which I need to drill access holes for. I highly recommend wearing full protective clothing, especially eye protection, because unexpected spits and drips did occur for me. I did warm the canisters using a small fan heater blowing into a cardboard box as suggested, and it worked great to make good foam, despite cooler ambient conditions. This foam is strong and dense, much different than spray foam used in insulation work. Also, I had some exposed foam around the slab perimeter areas, so it yellows in sunlight. I ended up spray-painting the exposed foam areas to protect the foam and blend in the look of it with some added rock.

We started off great, then we started to think. We were shooting product under the driveway for more than 30seconds big mistake so we found out. Always learn the hard way(cost money). Found out 30seconds is top amount of time for shooting product in, any longer it will mix too cold. Live & learn, its only money, what else can I say?

I know it’s not supposed to be able to raise a house foundation but it did. All the jacking system guys quoted 36k to 50k to secure a foundation. They also said they wouldn’t get it lifted back to level. Will I used hydrolic jacks on steel plate under the footings in 3 different locations and put upward pressure on the house then used the spray foam on the interior floors and raised one side an inch and the other side three inches. The cracks in the drywall over the windows closed. Removed jacks and backfield with dirt and packed down.
I used 4 kits
6 20 ton Hydraulic jacks at a cost of 2500 dollars

Overall im happy with my purchase. I have a pool deck that is sagging. The kit is easy to use. And if you watch the videos you wont make a mess. I filled the voids under the deck and against the pool. There is some art that goes into it because you cant really see whats happening. Long and short. The wrong side of the slab elevated about a 1/4 inch and i couldnt get the sagging side to budge. There were likely some tunneling by moles because the foam expanded beyond the concrete and came up from the grass in a couple places. Im going to use a jack to elevate the side thats still down. Then spray the secure set from the side to fill the gap. I ordered another kit and will use it on the other side of my pool deck to fill voids.

Speedy delivery and lots of pertinent information sent with the kit. I had watched pretty much all of the youtube videos prior to purchasing the kit which really helped my confidence level. I had an estimate for repairing the slab in my sunroom from a contractor that does the foam injection and he said he wouldn’t be able to fix the slab which separated from the houses foundation and if he were to try it would cost 3k. He suggested I should have the entire slab demoed and replaced for around 5k.
I popped off 5 ceramic tiles, which came loose intact. Discovered a triangular shaped portion of the slab that had completely cracked and separated from where it had adjoined the house. I was able to pry it out giving me enough access to to visually see the extent of the void using a droplight and a mirror. Used the pvc pipe to fill the voids. Came out great

I needed strong foam with a foam gun, the job required a way to inject the foam, since it could not be poured from a cup. This kit provided exactly what I needed to inject foam into an overhead cavity that needed to be filled with this type of foam.
